My Red Light Watch will not chargeUpdated 2 years ago

This may occur. It is best to allow the device to fully discharge. If you have wet the device or used during physical exercise, sweat may have entered the device. Allow this to fully dry prior to charging.

1. Ensure that you plug the device into a wall outlet. (charging with a USB device is not recommended)

2. Allow full discharge prior to recharge.

3. If exposed to steam, water, or sweat allow to fully dry.

If these 3 steps do not work, please contact us for a replacement device. You will mail back to us the old device and we will issue a new unit.
